We are expanding our sales team and actively looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are ready to build a rewarding sales career - even if you have never worked in sales before

Through our In-House Apprenticeship program we will train you from day one on our products, our sales process, and everything you need to confidently close deals. This is not a cold-call-and-forget role. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients - learning their business challenges and matching them with the right combinations of AI automation tools, web presence solutions, and social media strategies that move the needle on their bottom line

What Your will Sell

Ai Business Tools - AI chatbots, lead generation automation, CRM integrations, and workflow automation platforms tailored for small and mid-size businesses. Website Design and Developments - Custom conversion-optimized websites built for performance, SEO and brand credibility. Social media Management - Full service content creation, scheduling, paid ad management, analytics reporting across all major platforms. Digital Marketing Bundles - Package solutions combining AI tools, web and social for maximum client ROI

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts through outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound leads. Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software (HubSpot or equivalent). Develop long term relationships with clients to drive upsells, renewals,and referrals. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed month and quarterly revenue targets. Stay current on AI industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing best practices. Represents Servoci at local networking events, trade shows, and virtual conferences. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipline updates to management

Compensation

Potential to earn a base salary of $3000/mo (remotely) after finishing our Apprenticeship program and meeting sales our quota for one month. Start off uncapped commission only. Make over six figures a year or more. Its all up to you depending on your hard work
